Avoid at all costs. They’re being reported.

Ordered the back spray from this “company” 3 weeks ago and despite receiving 3 emails from them saying the product is “on its way and be with you in 3 days” they have lied. They clearly do not have the product and keep trying to lie, deceive and steal from customers. Atrocious service and would not recommend. They have offered 20% discount on future products... why on earth would I shop with them again. I have disputed the payment with my credit card company and complained to trading standards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

TOXIC

How can they deceive the public calling a toxic product "environmental shield, Detox mosturizer"?
It is full of toxic ingredients, synthetics, EDTA, TitaniumDioxide amongst 30 other damaging things that literally burnt my eyes just by being near them and smelled as if I melted a babbarbie and used the melted wax on my face. This product should be removed from the market. It will cause skin cancer for sure.

Overnight delivery but delivered late.

They don't guarantee deliveries on time. I paid 30$ for an overnight delivery. I spoke to a guy and said it will be delivered on a Monday since i ordered it on. A Friday. I said that's fine as long as its on Monday. Guess what? I only had one item delivered today(Monday) and i don't have any tracking YET for my 2 other orders. They're giving me a discount for the next order but this will be my last time purchasing from them. This is supposed to be my present for mothers day. I wanted my orders not discount. At least refund my shipping fee for lying that it will be delivered overnight!

- update. I got the package yesterday MONDAY - for 1 item.

The image posted if for the 2nd package. As you can see DELAYED. I ordered this ON FRIDAY paid $30 for overnight. IS IT WORTH THE SHIPPING? No!

Not the best products. And the price do not correspond to the quality. It doesnt helped me at all. But the plus is thst it doesnt make my skin worst.

They declined all my credit card after…

They declined all my credit card after several purchases with honey code and 3 free sample. I am not sure why they block all my credit card attempt and I already contact all my bank account I'm using apple card and bank of america, and all my card work normal. I tried to use paypal to pay but they give limited credit so I try to pay with my debit card using paypal option. Murad cancelled my purchases even though my bank already approve. I contact them and they said they have block my account forever to protect me from fraud. Wth is that excuses? I said I can certify from my bank and you it is me making all the purchases and you guy are the one cancelling and reject my bank account, they using the same excuse above I never write an negative review like this but this is horrible everyone should know.

Poor Customer Service Experience & Flexibility

Customer Service is going beyond what the ordering system can do to address a customers' concerns. This is my first-time order on USA Murad's website, however, I've been with Murad globally ever since I lived in another country. I had some difficulty ordering on the website since it was my first time and just wanted to reach out to see if I can do a slight adjustment to the payment, which is to apply my 20% OFFER by Murad for first-time orders. Not only was the first customer service's reply was half-concerned, the live chat experience told me "the system does not allow us". What if this is towards a 75-year-old senior woman who needs to do some ordering. Would she have to go through with all these confusing technological procedures of "the system does not allow us to fix"? - Having to wait for the order to arrive, then return for a refund, so then she could apply the 20% discount and repurchase? Your products are on the higher ends and I have made a large purchase. Is it really worth it to create such a customer experience? Guys, it's a very simple move, there are ways to go around this and simply giving me a reason that the "ordering system does not allow me" - simply means you haven't put in enough for a customer service experience and service failure recovery.

Customer service very bad

Customer service very bad. Ordered one serum 1 month ago and the pump is not working still chasing. Ordered few another items a week or 10 days ago still not delivered ,tried contacting but phone lines not working and email no reply.

Ordered a product a few weeks ago

Ordered a product a few weeks ago, still not delivered and customer services have not even bothered to reply to emails I have sent and uncontactable by phone. Terrible customer services will never buy from Murad again.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. Not yet received.3 emails to customer service in the past week with no response. This is not the service of a professional reputable company.

Murad Acne facial skin did opposite on my skin.

Purchased Murad Acne Skin care facial whole supply on November 25th, 2020. Murad states on the Acne product result within a week. I did not see any positive results from Murad Acne facial products. I only experienced an increase of Acne within in a week of using Murad Acne Skin care. I attempted to reach out to Murad through email to try to get assistance with some sort of skin care products that may be suitable for my skin. Considering I spent over $200 with Murad because of false advertisement of the Acne Skin care products. I did not receive a response back from my email. I am saddened after several attempts on purchasing different products for skin. Only to find out Murad is another false claiming company advertising positive customer reviews.

I placed an order on black Friday

I placed an order on black Friday, and the order is shipped out with usp.
This afternoon, someone pressed my doorbell 20 times and lasted for 1 minute!!!!!! All my kids were napping!
This guys has no uniform no UPS truck, he was driving a Toyota car, my husband went out to grab the package, and as soon as the guy saw my husband, he dumped the package on the ground then went back to his car.
And I stepped out after my husband, and ask the driver why press a doorbell more than 20 times!
I almost called policy because the guy was threading us!
I am extremely not happy with Murad give my home address to random person, such awful nightmare!!!!

Worst customer service ever!

Can you imagine you were hung up in the middle of a phone call with an operator. I was just asking if i can get a price match and the operator got my order number and hang up the phone call. I was like ok it could be an accident. So I called again and it happened again! I could not believe it at all. I would never ever ever buy anything from them ever again. Just terrible!

I got the time release acne face wash and the anti-aging moisturizer and it worked almost immediately. Cleared everything up within about a week and I haven't had much to complain about since then.

I bought the Clear Skin Regimen and it took a good six weeks for me to really see the improvement. I felt like it was working pretty quickly but after about 10 days I broke out really bad again. However, I kept using the cleanser, mattifier and spot treatment and after that six week mark my skin has stayed pretty clear! Will definitely keep using.

It really depends on how much you use and how often you use it. What's nice is that they offer auto-shipping options, at a discounted price, for 30,60 and 90 days. You don't have to have anything auto-shipped though.

Most of their products come in decent sizes and a little goes a long way. You should be able to go 2 months without needing to reorder.

I originally started buying Murad acne products for my daughter and was impressed with the results. I just started using the Youth Renewal cream and it's awesome. The cream really has helped make my skin look brighter and tighter.

I really love the Essential C line. After I used up the Clear Skin Regimen I've been buying the Essential C products (Toner, Cleanser & Moisturizer) They keep my skin clear and really help with my hyperpigmentation issues.
